Returns, refunds & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our refund and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

    • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery/purchase.

    • Items must delivered back to us unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

    The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

    • Made-to-order or personalised orders

    • Gift cards

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    We’ll happily arrange a solution.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Exchanges are not available for handmade items but can be used for workshop tickets.

    • Exchanges are subject to workshop availability.

    • If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

    • Workshop ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before a workshop runs. Any later than this the ticket amount cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    • Due to the custom nature of made-to-order items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

    • This includes changes of mind, incorrect size/colour selection, or preference after receiving the item.

    • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

    • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Approval is not guaranteed.

    • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue to be considered for refund (not guaranteed).

    • Once approved and in production, made-to-order orders cannot be modified.

  • Workshop tickets can be exchanged but not refunded.

    • Exchanges are subject to workshop availability.

    Handmade Nature of Products

    • All items are handmade by us, which means no two pieces are exactly the same.

    • Slight variations in colour, size, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

    • Product photos are for reference only; final items may vary slightly.

    Made-to-Order & Processing Time

    • Production begins after non refundable deposit is paid.

    • Processing times are provided before purchase and may vary depending on order volume.

    • Delays may occur due to high demand, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

    Orders & Payments

    • Full payment is required to confirm an order (non-refundable deposit for made-to-order items).

    • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

    • Please ensure all order details (size, colour, details, delivery address) are correct before placing your order.

    Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the handmade and/or made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict returns/refund/exchange policy - please read above.

    • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist.

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

    • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

    Care & Use

    • Proper care instructions should be followed.

    • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

    Communication

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information.

    • Failure to respond to clarification requests may result in production delays.

    • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
